Penalty Unlimited RTP (studio benchmark), house edge & 500-spin session math
Penalty Unlimited by InOut runs on a 5×3 / 5×4 HTML5 video grid grid and requires a disciplined 150x–200x session stake buffer in A$ at Here2Win Casino (here2win.netlify.app).
Because neither Penalty Unlimited nor its wider InOut sheet publishes an RTP percentage in this catalogue, session planning for this pokie at Here2Win Casino (here2win.netlify.app) relies on stake discipline: set a 150x–200x buffer in A$ and verify the live paytable inside the game help screen before spinning.
Pros and cons
Pros
- InOut is on the card, not buried in a lobby.
- The play button stays on wallabyslots.com and then opens Here2Win Casino.
- The rest of InOut is one provider page away.
Cons
- This page is a catalogue. It does not hold an A$ balance.
- No bonus figure is printed. Any offer sits inside Here2Win Casino and can change.
- No published RTP is on this card, so none is guessed.
- Volatility is not on the source card.
At Here2Win Casino
Here2Win Casino is the casino on this card. Beside Penalty Unlimited the provider page lists 40 other InOut pokies, all played at Here2Win Casino.
Wallaby Slots groups MegaBlock with the other InOut pokies.
What this pokie is
The host is called Wallaby Slots. The copy still says pokie, because this catalogue is the Australian one. Penalty Unlimited by InOut opens at Here2Win Casino.
Before the stake, use the fact list and the pros and cons. Both stay inside what the card publishes. Penalty Unlimited is the InOut pokie, and the reels run at Here2Win Casino.
Adelaide does not change the reel strip of Penalty Unlimited. What changes is the stake you set at Here2Win Casino. Wallaby Slots only keeps the written facts beside the name.
Stake and the cashier
Whatever the domain name says, the cashier is Here2Win Casino. PayID is named here so the geo is obvious, and it is taken there.
The rails are handled after you reach Here2Win Casino. wallabyslots.com does not take the deposit. The button only hands the session across.
Penalty Unlimited technical specs, InOut RNG audit & myth-busting rules

InOut (InOut Studio) is an iGaming studio headquartered in International iGaming Studio. Its random number generators (RNG) and math sheets are audited by Independent RNG & math verification (GLI / iTech Labs / BMM Testlabs standards) and certified across Certified RNG for regulated international casino markets. Studio RTP policy: Published per-title theoretical RTP where provided on the studio sheet.
In the Wallaby Slots catalogue, InOut accounts for 40 pokies, playable at Here2Win Casino (here2win.netlify.app). Signature studio mechanics include HTML5 video slot math, mobile-first reel layouts, and bonus feature triggers.

Questions
Does Here2Win Casino list Penalty Unlimited for Australian punters?
Yes. Wallaby Slots links Penalty Unlimited to Here2Win Casino for Australian players. The button on this page stays on wallabyslots.com and then opens the pokie at Here2Win Casino.
Which studio built Penalty Unlimited?
The provider is InOut. Other InOut pokies on Wallaby Slots sit on the same provider page if you want a neighbour title.
Where does the A$ stake actually go?
You are reading a catalogue page. Deposits, PayID and the spin itself belong to the Here2Win Casino account, not to wallabyslots.com.
Can I open Penalty Unlimited on a phone?
Punters in Adelaide mostly open Penalty Unlimited from a phone. Wallaby Slots does not ship a separate app. The button hands the pokie to Here2Win Casino.
Is Penalty Unlimited staked in A$?
At Here2Win Casino the stake for Australian players is in A$. Wallaby Slots does not convert it and does not print a minimum, because the minimum is set inside the game.
Can I try Penalty Unlimited here without an account?
This page is the written card. It does not run the reels, free or paid. Play happens at Here2Win Casino.
Why is there no star rating for Penalty Unlimited?
Penalty Unlimited is not ranked against other pokies on Wallaby Slots. Use the figures on the card, not a badge.
Does Penalty Unlimited remember my last session?
Nothing on this page is a timer for a feature. If the last session went badly, the next one does not owe you the difference.
Is Penalty Unlimited an 18+ game?
The page is written for adults in Australia. Gambling can harm. Stop when the session stops being a choice.
What does the play button actually do?
Wallaby Slots records the page you were on and sends you to Here2Win Casino with Australia already on the trail.
How many InOut pokies are in this catalogue?
Use the provider link under the title. That list is the same studio, not a random mix, and each title opens at Here2Win Casino.
Does it matter that I am in Adelaide?
Sydney or Perth sees the same card. The only local pieces are the language, the A$ stake and the payment names such as PayID.
Does this page list a welcome offer?
No figure is invented here. If Here2Win Casino shows a welcome offer, it shows it inside the account, with its own terms. Read them there before you opt in.
Is Penalty Unlimited a club or pub pokie?
No. Penalty Unlimited on Wallaby Slots is an online pokie opened at Here2Win Casino. It is not a machine on a club floor and it does not carry a local sticker.
When should I close Penalty Unlimited?
Set an A$ limit and a clock before the first spin, then close the game when either one is reached. Penalty Unlimited will not close itself.
Can you estimate the RTP of Penalty Unlimited?
No estimate is offered. An invented RTP would make the catalogue worse. The studio is still InOut, and play is still at Here2Win Casino.
What is the pros and cons block on Penalty Unlimited?
The block is a reading aid for Penalty Unlimited, not a rating. Pros are facts on the card or about the catalogue. Cons are the gaps and the limits, including that this page is not the cashier.
Which part of the Penalty Unlimited page is the preview?
The preview is the same card, shortened. It is not a tip and it does not know how your session in Adelaide will finish.
Will a shorter name still open Penalty Unlimited?
Use the full name on this card. A shorter search in the Here2Win Casino lobby can open a different InOut title.
How many reels and paylines does Penalty Unlimited have?
The card does not publish a maximum win, a reel count, or a payline count. Wallaby Slots does not guess them.
Are the bonus features of Penalty Unlimited described here?
Nothing was tagged on Penalty Unlimited. A bonus round, a buy price, and a jackpot figure stay unwritten.
The studio behind it
InOut is the studio printed on Penalty Unlimited. Wallaby Slots lists 40 of their pokies for Australia, and this is one of them. The rest sit on the provider page.
How a session behaves
The stake rule is the same anyway. Small A$ stake, fixed stop, then Penalty Unlimited.
Penalty Unlimited has no memory of last night. Set the loss limit before the first spin. A published RTP, when the card has one, is a long sample, not one arvo.
Who it suits
This card does not carry a volatility mark, so Wallaby Slots does not guess who Penalty Unlimited suits. The studio is InOut. The session still opens at Here2Win Casino.
